Ingredients

  • 1/2 head red cabbage shredded
  • 2 medium carrots shredded
  • 1 small onion sliced very thinly
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • shred the cabbage and carrot into a bowl
  • slice the onion and add to the bowl
  • in a seperate bowl whisk the vinegar, juice and water
  • add liquids to veggie and make sure all is under the liquid to marinate
  • cover overnight
  • serve and enjoy
